The first HR Working Group has been held on December 2nd and has allowed defining the approach and the issue of the moment for the coming months.
In order to optimize the working method, the participants agreed on the following principles:
Once the issue is defined, participants prepare in advance their solutions; the concerned item is discussed among the participants unless not enough expertise available. As necessary, a follow up workshop can be organized with external specialists.
The topic that will be discussed at the HR WG # 2 is:
Recruitment : How about the Nanjing Market? What are the effective recruitment channels? How to contact candidates and schools? What is the real market situation?
