Members of the Working Group met during a lunch meeting on Monday March 3rd to further discuss the Position Paper Drafting. As a result of the meeting, the European Chamber welcomes members to submit comments/suggestions to mparente@eucc.com.cn on unequal treatment situations between foreign and domestic companies, differences in procedures, application and obtention of licences, as well as examples where the regulatory environment is unclear and there is a lack of transparency and consistency across transport networks and regions regarding licenses. This not only will give the group a better understanding of the overall situation of the logistics industry in China but also will give to the group the opportunity to show the authorities how the European industry is capable and willing through its know-how to support and cooperate with China in order to reach goals and improve its logistics industry.
