Eolane China is actively exploring the integration of production, learning, and research to improve technological innovation capabilities and service levels. Together with Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, they jointly organized a Professional Development Program for XJTLU’s students majoring in Internet of Things to develop professional knowhow. The courses, taught by Eolane’s engineers and managers on site, include professional training, factory visits, laboratory practices, products real application scenario experiencing, from theory to practice, to help students fully understand the real working situation of electronic manufacturing companies. This program presents Eolane’s corporate social responsibility to help universities educate qualified professionals for the industry, which also meets the company’s talents and employees’ sustainable development plan.
