On 14 September, Shake Beijing international music festival will bring masterful European blues, swing, boogie-woogie and beat players to the heart of China at Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Center!
An event made for music lovers and blues aficionados, the dance-filled night will also feature a 4-course gala dinner with musical interactions and a lots of swing and dances.
Star performers include Joja Wendt, one of Europe’s most celebrated piano stars and music composers who also gained recognition after having toured with American rock and roll legend Chuck Berry and having performed in China's "Spring Festival Gala" in 2013. Joining him is Martin Schmitt, a well renowned pianist in Germany and one of the original "Shake the Lake" performers. Martin consecutively fills concert halls and is known for his covers of Jerry Lee Lewis. Five guests performers include an eclectic bass, a smooth saxophone, an electric trumpet, a thrilling drummer and a stimulating trombone player.
