Meeting with Mr. Niall Lawlor, Counsellor, Head of the Science, Technology & Innovation Section from EU Delegation

During this meeting, Ms. Li Ye, the national chair of R&D Working Group, present European Chamber China's Innovation Ecosystem Report and R&D Position Paper 2022/2023 to Mr. Lawlaor. Then, working members had a in-depth discussion with Mr. Lawlor about the innovation system. Finally, Mr. Lawlor give working group member a brief introduction of the EU-China Research & Innovation Cooperation Agreement.
