Job description
We would like to embark on a long-term journey with you as an entrepreneur, enabler of our clients and leader to junior colleagues.
As a true entrepreneur, you will be developing business relationships with major multinational customers in the greater Beijing region.
As an enabler and trusted advisor your focus will be on conducting trainings, facilitating workshops, and implementing projects related to Leadership, Transformation and Change.
And as one of the leaders of our company, you will supervise and mentor individual people as well as teams.
As senior manager of CPC China you will take over responsibilities related to company operations in our Beijing office as well as related to our overall company operations in China.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Driving business growth and sharing responsibility for our profit and loss as part of the management team
- Driving and implementing customer projects related to Transformation- / Change Management, Agile Transformation and Organizational Development
- Leading and managing customer accounts and related projects; positioning team members in customer organizations
- Exploring client requests and developing project leads and proposals
- Developing customer account expansion strategies, and driving business expansion
- Representing and further developing the CPC Beijing office
- Leading and developing individual people as well as teams (knowledge, skillset, and personality / mindset), ensuring impact, high quality and thus customer satisfaction
- Driving knowledge build-up for CPC to sustainably provide state-of-the-art services to customers, potentially also extending our service portfolio by leveraging technology and expertise
Skills & experience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 10 years solid work experience in management consulting, training, workshop facilitation, strategy development and implementation or relevant function in a corporate environment
- Rich experience in leadership development (HR, training, coaching) ideally with relevant certifications
- Strong conceptual skills to design and deliver trainings and workshops
- Solid knowledge and proven record in at least three of following areas: Organizational / Leadership Development, Project Management, Change Management (PROSCI, PCI, etc.), Agile Transformation (Scrum etc.), Process Management (Lean and other CI methods) or relevant industry experience
- Strategic thinking, excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong conceptual skills to develop compelling proposals for customers and to design impactful project approaches
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills to manage and further extend our network of contacts and customers
- Experience in leading individuals, teams and customers in multi-national environments
- Willingness to work on eye-level with less experienced colleagues
- High sense of ownership, reliability, empathy, and work ethics
- Mindset of a self-employed entrepreneur
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to different customer- & project environments incl. willingness to travel
- Automotive industry experience is a plus
- Chinese language skills (business-fluent), English language skills (business-fluent), German is a plus
