Job description
Administrative work:
1. Receptionist work, including express delivery and registration, call answering and forwarding, and visitor reception
2. Meeting room reservation management and meeting preparation
3. Office environment maintenance and daily management, daily environmental hygiene inspection and supervision work;
4. Management of commonly used items in the office
5. Assist in daily administrative work, arrange important visitor reception, and handle affairs temporarily assigned by supervisor;
HR work:
1. Company personnel recruitment work, including communication with the employing department, posting recruitment information, refreshing recruitment information, screening resumes, arranging interviews, etc.
2. Responsible for employee attendance statistics and assisting new employees in handling onboarding procedures;
3. Internal training personnel arrangement and score statistics within the company
3. Organize the construction of corporate culture, including the arrangement of annual meetings, group activities, etc.
8. Assist in handling matters such as residence permit points and talent settlement; Assistance in processing foreign employee identification documents
10. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Skills & experience
Job requirements:
1. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
2. More than 2 years of experience in administrative and HR work, with basic theoretical knowledge of HR;
3. Having good communication skills and a sense of teamwork, with a strong sense of responsibility and independence;
4. Proficient in operating office software and possessing excellent data processing skills;
5. Having good logical thinking ability, able to think independently and solve problems;
6. Passionate about administrative and HR work, able to actively engage in one's own job responsibilities.
