Job description
About the Role: As a Sales Manager at Residence G, you will be responsible for developing, managing sales accounts and achieving sales targets. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and play a key role in developing and implementing strategic sales action plans, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and grow sales accounts to achieve individual sales goals.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
· Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Head of Sales.
· Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
· Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Skills & experience
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role.
· Strong account management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
· Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
