Remove 27 HS codes from the List of Commodities Prohibited from Processing Trade, (Issue 2008 – 121). After adjustment, 1789 HS codes remain in the prohibition list, which will refer to the announcement MofCOM – General Customs Announcement Issue 2008 – 22.Remove 1730 HS codes from the List of Commodities Restricted from Processing Trade, (Issue 2008 – 120). After the adjustment, 500 HS codes remain in the restriction list, which please find the attachment. 106 restrictions are of exporting and 394 are of importing. Issue 2008 – 97 still applies to the list.
