The Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) have issued two notices to call for comments on Cybersecurity Law and Regulations on Administrative Enforcement Procedures of Cyberspace Authority Department (draft for comments). The TC 260 issued a notice to call for comments on National Standard: Information security technology — Requirements for Classification and Grading of Network Data. For more information in Chinese, please click the title of the documents respectively. 

If you would like to comment through the European Chamber, please kindly send your input in both English and Chinese, using the template (download from links below), to Ms Mia Wang at intern002@europeanchamber.com.cn following the different deadlines respectively:

  • CAC: Regulations on Administrative Enforcement Procedures of Cyberspace Authority Department (draft for comments): 30th September 2022
  • TC260: National Standard: Information security technology — Requirements for Classification and Grading of Network Data: 4th November 2022
