On 14th October 2025, the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China (GACC) issued the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Registration Administration of Overseas Production Enterprises of Imported Foods (Decree 280), which will officially take effect on 1st June 2026. To help relevant parties accurately understand the specific provisions of Decree 280, ensure a smooth implementation of the new regulations, and maintain stable, high-quality trade development, the European Chamber is going to host a training session. We are honoured to invite relevant officials from the Bureau of Import and Export Food Safety of the GACC to participate in this special briefing session, providing interpretation and addressing questions from attendees.

The training is going to take place on Tuesday, 18th November 2025, from 15:30 to 18:00 (BJT). It will be held in a hybrid format with EN/CN bilingual simultaneous interpretation. The fee is RMB 2,500 for members per person and RMB 3,500 for non-members per person.

The significance of corporate public relations and communication is growing more prominent. As companies continue to tighten their budgets, PR professionals are facing increasing challenges in their roles. Another contributing factor is that while businesses are placing greater emphasis on public opinion and communication, there is a shortage of experienced PR practitioners in the market. Additionally, junior staff often lack the benefit of structured mentorship and hands-on training.

This course is designed to equip corporate PR professionals who are facing with these challenges with practical skills and actionable strategies.
