In this 2-days course, coaches learn to identify and develop a Strengths-based approach in coaching. The practice aims to enhance their coaching capabilities by learning to focus on the strengths of the person being coached throughout the engagement.

STRENGTHS-BASED COACHING（SBC）优势导向教练（SBC）- 2天
Strengths-based Coaching is a Competencies Master Class (CMC) with a highly interactive course that gives coaches the necessary tools to create a strong, positive coaching culture in service of the person they coach and clients’ organizations. By the coach focusing on their counterparts’ strengths, the person being coached begins to transform and grow.
A Strengths-based approach enables coaches to maintain an optimistic and healthy perspective benefitting their counterparts going through challenging times. It also helps coaches to manage and sustain their own energy for optimal performance and creativity.

● 如您计划申请 ICF ACC 认证，需完成以下学习环节：课前预习、5天集中培训课程（3+2模式：包含3天的 ISLC 模块一课程与2天的优势导向教练大师讲堂），以及学习回顾作业和督导教练实习（SCI，选修），以进一步深化实践与提升能力。
● 特别提醒：若您申请 ICF ACC，需要完整完成 ISLC 的三天模块一课程，不能仅参加两天的优势导向教练大师讲堂；若您不需要申请 ACC，也可以选择 单独参加两天的大师讲堂课程。
完成本课程后，您将具备申请 ICF ACC 的资格。
● 如您计划申请 ICF PCC 认证，需完成以下学习环节：5天的集中培训课程（3+1+1模式：即3天的模块二课程，1天的教练里的神经科学大师讲堂及1 天的无畏组织与心理安全大师讲堂）、学习回顾作业和督导教练实习 (SCI, 非必须) 。
●特别提醒：若您申请 ICF PCC，需要完整完成 ISLC Level One课程（3天的 ISLC 模块一课程与2天的优势导向教练大师讲堂），不能仅参加大师讲堂；若您不需要申请 PCC，也可以选择单独任意课程。
QUALIFICATION & ACCREDITATION 国际认证及资格
ISLC offers two ICF credentials training programs, corresponding with the quantity of education and coaching experience required to earn it. The credentials are:

AssociateCertifiedCoach(ACC)

ISLC faculty member John, now living in Singapore, is a past president for the International Coach Federation – Australasia. John has been instrumental in promoting and developing the professionalism of the coaching industry as a key member of the Standards Australia working party, which wrote the guideline for ‘Coaching in Organisations’ - a global first.John earned his Master of Coaching Psychology in 2011 at the University of Sydney.
John has been coaching, facilitating, and training since 1997, working with mainly senior leadership clients in both public service and corporate Australia. His coaching approach to facilitation gets people thinking in new ways, providing opportunities for transformative experiences to occur. John has thousands of hours of one-on-one coaching experience across a range of industries and leadership levels, and he remains committed to his own coaching development.
John现居新加坡，他是ICF澳大利亚及亚洲分会的前任主席。作为澳大利亚标准工作组的重要成员，John在促进和发展教练行业的专业性方面发挥了独特作用，并参与编写了“组织教练”指南，这属于全球首创，而且保持了唯一性至今。John于2011年在悉尼大学获得了教练心理学硕士学位。

ALUMNI NETWORK 校友网络
After graduating from Level One, all alumni join the worldwide ISLC online community giving them access to the faculty. The alumni community has access to a wide variety of resources, including webinars, reading lists, sample coaching engagement contracts, the ISLC and ICF codes of ethics (CoE), and samples of coaching contract proposals.
Additionally, alumni can pose questions to the community to explore global best practice. Alumni members are invited to face to face and online events in their region.
Completion of Module One is a prerequisite for people interested in working with ISLC as an Associate.
所有校友，完成ISLC第一阶课程后，即可加入全球ISLC在线社区，他们能够与教师团队和校友们保持联系，并合理利用知识库中的资源。
