The Human Resources Working Group is pleased to invite you to the meeting “HR Trends Outlook for 2022”, which is taking place on 13th December online via Zoom.
In the past two years, HR leaders have been at the forefront of implementing change and innovating in ways that companies operate around the world. With this changing paradigm comes new trends and challenges to be prepared for in the upcoming year. Trends such as changing work environments and collaboration strategies, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition challenges, employee mental health, data analytics, and others are impacting the future of HR.
At this working group meeting, Mr Gabor Holch, Founder & General Manager, Campanile Management Consulting will walk through important HR trends in the coming year and how companies and employees should best take action across all industries. Followed by an interactive dialogue including Ms Ellen Wang, Head of HR, Würth (China) Holding Co. who will give her take and share additional expertise on what is to come for HR.

Ms. Jeanette Yu

Ms. Jeanette Yu
Jeanette Yu is Partner and head of Employment & Pensions Practice Area Group of CMS, China. She has more than 20 years’ experience in providing advice for international companies on labour law issues and compliance management. Her extensive track record comprises recruitment and dismissal of employees, formulating employee handbooks and implementing its policies, work permits and visa issues of expatriates, international secondment, data privacy, non-competition, social security, trade union and labour disputes. She has also been involved in significant projects of business transactions and restructuring, advising clients on employee transfer, relocation and lay-off of employees as well as negotiation of employment contracts and separation agreements.
Since 2017, Jeanette has been acting as the National Chair/Vice Chair of HR Working Group of European Chamber of Commerce in China. This year Jeanette was elected as the National Chair of HR Working Group of European Chamber of Commerce in China.
Starting from 2017, Jeanette acted as the Vice Chair of HR Working Group of European Chamber of Commerce in China, and the Chair in 2019. Jeanette is also a member of Shanghai Law Society Labour and Social Security Law Research Branch.

Mr. Gabor Holch
Gabor Holch is an intercultural leadership consultant, coach, author and speaker who has served 100+ clients in 30+ countries. An expat since age 4, China-based since 2002 and working globally, Gabor is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) in English and Mandarin, certified consultant at the management academies of half a dozen global corporations and licensed in major assessment tools including DISC, the Predictive Index, NeuroColor and MBTI.
Ms. Ellen Wang

Ms. Ellen Wang
With a Master Degree in Management from University of Durham in UK, Ellen has more than 18 years of full-function HR experiences in multinational companies of various industries including 2 years in London and 16 years in Shanghai. She joined Würth Group in 2017 and established the HR SSC at Würth (China) Holding that is currently serving over 40 Würth Group companies in Asia and Europe. With above 10 years in HR leadership roles, she is experienced in designing HR strategies and policies, optimizing and digitalizing HR processes to meet different business needs and drive business growth. In 2020, she helped to set up Würth Business Academy APAC to provide training, talent development and consulting service to the Group companies and promote digital learnings via Learning Campus throughout Asia. She has passion for learning, coaching (NLP Coach Certification) and positive intelligence.
