The Human Resources Working Group is pleased to invite you to the meeting “HR Trends Outlook for 2022”, which is taking place on 13th December online via Zoom.
In the past two years, HR leaders have been at the forefront of implementing change and innovating in ways that companies operate around the world. With this changing paradigm comes new trends and challenges to be prepared for in the upcoming year. Trends such as changing work environments and collaboration strategies, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition challenges, employee mental health, data analytics, and others are impacting the future of HR.
At this working group meeting, Mr Gabor Holch, Founder & General Manager, Campanile Management Consulting will walk through important HR trends in the coming year and how companies and employees should best take action across all industries. Followed by an interactive dialogue including Ms Ellen Wang, Head of HR, Würth (China) Holding Co. who will give her take and share additional expertise on what is to come for HR.

Ms. Jeanette Yu
Jeanette Yu is Partner and head of Employment & Pensions Practice Area Group of CMS, China. She has more than 20 years’ experience in providing advice for international companies on labour law issues and compliance management. Her extensive track record comprises recruitment and dismissal of employees, formulating employee handbooks and implementing its policies, work permits and visa issues of expatriates, international secondment, data privacy, non-competition, social security, trade union and labour disputes. She has also been involved in significant projects of business transactions and restructuring, advising clients on employee transfer, relocation and lay-off of employees as well as negotiation of employment contracts and separation agreements.
Since 2017, Jeanette has been acting as the National Chair/Vice Chair of HR Working Group of European Chamber of Commerce in China. This year Jeanette was elected as the National Chair of HR Working Group of European Chamber of Commerce in China.
Starting from 2017, Jeanette acted as the Vice Chair of HR Working Group of European Chamber of Commerce in China, and the Chair in 2019. Jeanette is also a member of Shanghai Law Society Labour and Social Security Law Research Branch.

Mr. Gabor Holch
Gabor Holch is an intercultural leadership consultant, coach, author and speaker who has served 100+ clients in 30+ countries. An expat since age 4, China-based since 2002 and working globally, Gabor is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) in English and Mandarin, certified consultant at the management academies of half a dozen global corporations and licensed in major assessment tools including DISC, the Predictive Index, NeuroColor and MBTI.

Ms. Ellen Wang
Ellen Wang joined Würth Group in 2017 and is currently working as Head of HR at Würth (China) Holding. To further build synergies, Ellen transformed HR function into a shared service center in 2018 for 17 Würth Group companies and branches in China. In 2019, she set up LinkedIn career page of Wuerth Group Asia to enhance employer branding of the Group in Asia. In 2020, she helped to establish Würth Business Academy APAC to provide training, talent development and consulting service to the Group companies and promote digital learnings via Learning Campus throughout Asia.
Ellen holds a Master Degree in Management from University of Durham in UK and has completed NLP Coach Certification Program certified by International Coach Federation. With more than 15 years of full-function HR experience and above 10 years in HR leadership roles in multinational companies of different industries, she is experienced in designing, optimizing and digitalizing HR policies, procedures and processes to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Ellen always goes the extra mile to provide value added services to the business by meeting their overwhelming needs and demands at the time of VUCA with very high learning agility, change agility, stamina, fortitude and conscientiousness. With international exposure, she has full-fledged culture intelligence with zealot and sensitivity, casting light on her acuteness of nuances and flexibility when working with people from different backgrounds. Ellen is also a socially responsible person with sympathy and appreciation, passionate of forging her organization a great diversified place to work with high standard ethics and righteousness.
