SANSILVESTRO is located in Novello, in the heart of Langhe, a range of hills with much to offer, in exchange though for hard work, passion and courage.
Founded in 1871 by Sartirano Giovanni and led by the Sartirano family for manually harvested in its vineyards in the Langhe and from vineyards to be found in the Roero and in the Monferrato. SANSILVESTRO wines are the leading Piedmonts’ D.O.C. and D.O.C.G., produced with the utmost respect for the territory and tradition. The winery was designed to harmoniously blend itself into the surrounding scenery, without forgetting the most innovative and up-to-date technology. A total surface of 5’000 square meters, where of 4’000 underground, means a total storage capacity of around 400’000 bottles at controlled temperature.
Over the years, the estate – run today by cousins Paolo and Guido Sartirano – has gradually expanded beyond the local market, and now SANSILVESTRO production is distributed throughout Italy and abroad.
Since its establishment in 1910, the Sartirano family's brand has always adhered to the principles of innovation and quality, inheriting high-quality wines to this day.
