The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, a champion of corporate social responsibility for over twenty years, is proud to announce the launch of their 2023 CSR Awards. 

In 2022, the 9^th Annual CSR Award Ceremony honored international and Chinese business and organisation leaders, CSR experts, and government representatives from across China. Nine winners were selected and commended for their exceptional commitment to creating a positive social and environmental impact. 

The goal of the CSR Awards is to celebrate organisations dedicated to excellent corporate responsibility in China, highlight innovative and sustainable products and services, and inspire others to ethical action.

How to Apply:

Submissions are now OPEN. Corporations, SMEs, business associations, charities, schools, and development zones are eligible and encouraged to apply.

Applicants should complete and submit a separate application form for each award for which they are applying.

Entrants may apply for awards in multiple categories, but should propose only one nominee per award. 

Documents must be submitted in Word or PDF format. Applications that exceed the word limit will not be considered.

The European Chamber in Nanjing invites companies and organizations to submit their applications and demonstrate their leadership in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This year marks the 10th anniversary of this very special European Chamber event! Our November 2023 ceremony will provide an excellent chance to promote your brands before hundreds of attendees, all of whom will be there to celebrate your achievements.

About the 2023 Student Art Competition:

Theme: Rural Development

The CSR Student Art Competition aims to raise early awareness of corporate social responsibility among students. 

This year, we encourage students to consider the impact of sustainable economic, environmental, and social development on rural China. European Chamber members serve rural communities in a variety of ways: by forming business partnerships, investing in local industries, improving basic infrastructure, expanding access to resources, and promoting education. Student candidates are invited to use their analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills to promote rural development and responsible business practices.

Overview:

Open to all students regardless of grade level or academic standing. Winners will be honored at the 2023 CSR Awards Ceremony.

Note: By submitting your artwork, you give the European Chamber of Commerce permission to use it in CSR Award-related activities and promotional materials. 

Prizes will be awarded in several categories according to the age of applicants and the volume of applications received. 

Key Requirements:

Candidates are welcome to submit art in any 2-D or 3-D medium. Past submissions have included photography, painting, drawing, digital design, sculpture, textiles, and collage.

Maximum Dimensions: A3 Format

Format: Winners will submit a high-resolution JPG image via email as well as a physical copy of their artwork to the Nanjing European Chamber of Commerce office. 

Deadline: October 13, 2023 

Announcement of Winners: Shortlisted students will be notified of their nomination one week prior to the ceremony.
