为进一步做好大中型水库移民后期扶持政策实施工作，促进大中型水库库区和移民安置区经济及社会发展，规范大中型水库移民后期扶持结余资金的使用管理，财政部会同有关部门修订了《大中型水库移民后期扶持结余资金使用管理暂行办法》，并已经国务院同意。
