BJ FDA: Notice of Illegal Drug Advertisements (the Fifth Period in 2012)
2012年5月监测到我市主要媒体共发布药品广告25325条，其中电视媒体发布18433条，电台媒体发布5773条，平面媒体发布1119条。根据《药品广告审查标准》判定，符合“严重违规药品广告”情形的294条，涉及药品品种102个，均为平面媒体发布，广告违规率1.16%。
根据《中华人民共和国药品管理法实施条例》第五十五条规定，我局对违法发布药品广告情节严重的予以公告。
