ADB projects China growth at 7 percent in 2009
MANILA, March 31 -- China's economic growth will slow to 7 percent in 2009, but decisive action by the government to support faltering growth through expansionary fiscal and monetary policies is expected to allow the economy recover to 8 percent next year, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) said on Tuesday.
