AQSIQ: Notice on the Qualified Institutions of Automobiles Safety Technology Examination
根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》、《机动车安全技术检验机构监督管理办法》等有关规定，国家对机动车安全技术检验机构（以下简称“安检机构”）实行资格许可制度。现公布截至2012年12月31日之前获得资格许可的安检机构的名单（见附件）。未获得资格许可的安检机构不得开展机动车安全技术检验工作，对违反规定的，将按照有关法律法规予以查处。
