为落实《循环经济促进法》，传播循环经济理念，促进生态文明建设，根据《关于印发国家循环经济教育示范基地有关申报管理规定的通知》（发改办环资[2012]1762号），我委、教育部、财政部、国家旅游局委托专家对2012年国家循环经济教育示范基地备选单位进行了评选。初步确定北京市朝阳循环经济产业园、杭州市环境集团有限公司、浙江巨化集团公司、昆明福保文化城有限公司、青岛新天地静脉产业园5家单位开展国家循环经济教育示范基地（以下简称教育示范基地）试运行。
