2013年春耕即将全面展开，组织好春耕化肥生产供应，对促进全年农业生产，保障粮食等重要农产品在“九连增”的基础上再获丰收具有重要作用。目前化肥产量增加，库存充足，春耕用肥供应总体上是有保障的。但受原材料供应偏紧以及部分区域运力紧张等因素影响，尿素等化肥品种价格有所波动，局部地区春耕用肥供应面临一定压力，需密切关注，采取针对性措施加以解决。
