On 13 March 2018, the State Council issued its Institutional Restructuring Plan. It is well noticed that the AQSIQ will be removed and its functions will be merged into the new State Administration for Market Regulation. Considering that the restructuring is to be completed by the end of September, and to better present the annual QSS Position Paper to new government stakeholders and outline the lobby strategies of QSS Sub-working Group in the following months, please join us in the next working group meeting.
