The State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) published the Measures on Inspection and Testing Agencies Supervision and Management recently, which will come in to force on 1st June 2021. The AFB, Dairy, FSMP and PN working groups are organizing a discussion session (in Chinese) about the newly released GACC Regulation on Registration Administration of Overseas Production Enterprises of Imported Foods. Imported food industry will all be heavily influenced by the regulation. As the secondary documents are still under development and to be released in the near future, European Chamber wants to better align members' comments and positions well before the future engagement with GACC on this regulation. The discussion will be conducted based on the previous questions/comments we receive from members.
