Data management is taking on an increasingly critical role in the day to day work of HR professionals. This course is designed to teach HR professionals how to take a scientific approach to the analysis of human resource data and how to effectively analyze the results to predict future staffing problems and trends. Through better understanding of data HR staff can make key decisions with the confidence of knowing these decisions are underpinned by clear statistical evidence.
