Traditionally, a subsidiary's strategy – especially abroad - is developed by headquarters or top management and later on imposed on key stakeholders, often resulting in lack of understanding and alignment, therefore missing buy-in, eventually low effectiveness, and oftentimes resistance during execution.

Strategy Facilitation (SF) is a new and tremendously effective method for articulating a shared vision, one that all stakeholders not only understand but pro-actively support by committing themselves to clearly defined and measurable strategic goals and actions.

Shanghai > Working Group Meeting

Construction Working Group Meeting

The European Chamber’s Construction WG would like to invite you to the next Construction Working Group meeting. It will be held on Monday, 22 August, 14:30 h – 16:30 h at the European Chamber Beijing office. Members in Shanghai will join this meeting via videoconference.

At this meeting, Mr. Xavier Sans-Powell, Deputy Head of Government Affairs at the European Chamber, will provide an overview about the high-level meetings and events that will take place in Beijing and Brussels in the next months.

The Construction Working Group is also willing to organize an event by the end of 2016, inviting high-level speakers in order to discuss the latest developments that took place on the Chinese market in the construction sector. In the context of this WG meeting, members will have the possibility to share their views and provide inputs about the details of the event.
