In Shenyang the spring is always introduced by a heavy late snow, and our Chamber is going to have a new start by a late but big show. In our first networking in Shenyang 2013, let's take this opportunity to say goodbye to our dear board member Dr. Wagner and welcome the new board member from one of most prestigious German companies Shenyang ever has.
However, the even bigger surprise will be the presence of Chamber’s new Secretary General Mr. Adam Dunnett, who just replaced Mr. Dirk Moens last month and will come to Shenyang for this networking with expectation to meet you all. Let us welcome him with a warm northeastern smile or even hug.

On March 21 The China IPR SME Helpdesk is going to host a seminar at Crowne Plaza Shenyang Parkview. The China IPR SME Helpdesk is funded by the European Commission and part-managed by the European Chamber. The Helpdesk provides free advice to European Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) about Intellectual Property Rights protection (IPR) in China. To this respect, the Helpdesk organises training events throughout Europe and China.
