The European Business in China – Position Paper (Position Paper) is the European Chamber’s primary annual publication. This year’s Position Paper includes:
- Our Third Plenum ‘reality check’: a thorough analysison how the implementation of the Third Plenum’s Decision’s reforms—or the lack thereof—has been affecting the Chinese business environment: Last year’s paper analysed the Decision, now we are taking stock.
- A ‘wish list’ for Brussels: detailed recommendations on what European business invested in China would like to see included in the ongoing negotiations for an EU-China Comprehensive Agreement on Investment.
