Mr. Ken Su
Ken began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Assurance and Business Advisory Services department in 1995 and joined Transaction Services in 1998. Ken has been based in Beijing since 2004 but has also worked at PwC offices in Vancouver and Shanghai where he worked on a large number of international cross-border transactions.
Ken has assisted clients with many transactions, focusing on guiding clients through the transaction process, performing financial and operational due diligence reviews, project management, assistance with structuring and transitional issues, financial modeling, purchase price adjustment advice and post-deal integration.
Ken has advised clients in China and from around the world with significant deals in China and has also helped Chinese clients with deals in over 60 countries around the world.
While Ken is PwC’s Mining Industry Leader and leads the Energy/Power and Greentech/Cleantech areas for PwC’s Deals practice, his industry experience also spans a variety of other market sectors including manufacturing, food and agriculture, industrial materials and equipment, biotechnology and pharmaceutical, as well as real estate and financial services.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia (Canada) and he is a fully qualified CA (Canada), CPA (USA), and CFA (International).
Dr. Benjamin Kroymann
Dr. Benjamin Kroymann is a partner with Squire Patton Boggs in China. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate work and equity capital markets. With more than 10 years of China-related experience, he has a particular focus on business transactions between China and Europe. Benjamin has gained considerable experience in advising foreign clients on inbound work to China, especially on the acquisition of Chinese businesses and the establishment and operation of joint ventures with Chinese partners. Benjamin is recommended as a “Leader in his Field” by Chambers & Partners for European-Chinese transactions. He wrote his PhD thesis on Chinese corporate law and is a regular speaker and writer on Chinese legal matters.
Ms. Shu Yang
Ms. Yang Shu is experienced in working with multinational companies and has successfully found the best locations for them in TEDA.
Ms. Yang Shu holds the MBA of Cambridge.
Mr. Marcelo Zuculin Júnior
From 1983 to 2003, Marcelo worked in Biobras in Brazil, took position as Chem. Lab. Coordinator, researcher, Production Manager, Finance Manager, HR Manager and IT Manager successively. Biobras merged into Novo Nordisk in 2003. Marcelo was promoted to be President of Brazil plant in 2004.
May 2013, Marcelo accepted expatriation assignment and came to China, now he is the head of Novo Nordisk Production plant in TEDA.
Mr. Vincent Guivarch
Vincent started his career in Erasteel in 2001, in Sweden, as a quality engineer. In 2005, he moved back to France, to work for Erasteel as a process development engineer, then Quality and Process Development Manager. In 2012, he moved to Shanghai to take the position of Asia Technical support manager, supporting Erasteel’s customers and production facilities in the Asia-Pacific area. He is now managing Heye Erasteel Innovative Materials (HEIML), a joint venture between Heye and Erasteel, in TEDA. HEIML is specialized in the production of bars and profiled wires in high-speed steels, supplying semi-products to the cutting tool industry.
Mr. Jean-Christophe Vallat
JC works in the IB division of BNP Paribas, and is mainly involved in cross border transactions between China and Europe. JC has over 12 years of professional experience, including 10 years of corporate finance where he advised both on sell-side and buy-side transactions for both European and Chinese clients.
JC has been based in Beijing for over 4 years and has been travelling to China since 1998. Prior to this, JC was based in Paris for BNP Paribas and for HSBC, and he also worked at Calyon in Shanghai.
JC graduated from HEC Business School (Paris), Paris Law School and has a Master Degree in international tax from Pantheon – Assas University (Paris). JC also followed an executive training at UIBE in Beijing which enables him to be conversational in Mandarin.
