IPR Workshop: Protecting Your Intellectual Property Rights at the Canton Fair
The Canton Fair is the largest trade fair in China, making it a venue for potential IP infringements. This workshop aims to equip you with tools to protect your IP effectively during the Canton Fair. Learn what to prepare before the fair, what steps you can to take if you encounter IP infringement at the fair, and how to follow up with enforcement after the event.
The China IPR SME Helpdesk’s experienced speakers will share their hands-on knowledge of how to deal with IP infringements at trade fairs in China. European companies, trade and diplomatic offices in China are all welcome to register for this practical workshop. Following the presentations, European SMEs will have the opportunity to sign up for a confidential, one-on-one IPR clinic with a IP lawyer to receive free, expert advice regarding your specific IP issue on a first come, first served basis.
