During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, China has issued a series of high-level designing on strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights. As a critical part of optimising the business environment and stimulating market vitality, intellectual property protection plays an important role in promoting the construction of a new development pattern.
在十三五期间，中国已出台一系列关于加强知识产权保护工作的顶层设计文件。知识产权保护作为优化营商环境、激发市场活力的重要一环，在推动构建新发展格局中具有重要作用。
In this context, the European Union Chamber of Commerce is honored to invite Mr LV Lei, assistant researcher of Institutes of Science and Development, Chinese Academy of Sciences, to share his views on the China's intellectual property protection and application plan and related policies. The meeting time will be from 13:30 to 15:30 on 21 March. Please kindly note that the language of this conference is Chinese, in the European Chamber Beijing office. Open to onsite participation.

Speaker Profile | 嘉宾介绍
Mr LV Lei | 吕磊先生
Doctor of Law of Peking University, Postdoctoral Fellow of China University of Political Science and Law, Assistant Researcher of Institutes of Science and Development, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He jointly trained doctors at George Washington University and went to the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, and the University of Washington School of Law to engage in postdoctoral research. He is mainly engaged in research on intellectual property law and science and technology policy, participates in the organization of several international cooperation research projects in the field of intellectual property rights, and presides over and participates in several research projects in the field of intellectual property law and science and technology innovation policy.
北京大学法学博士，中国政法大学博士后，现任中国科学院科技战略咨询研究院助理研究员。美国乔治·华盛顿大学联合培养博士，先后赴美国加州大学伯克利分校法学院、华盛顿大学法学院从事博士后研究。主要从事知识产权法、科技政策等方面的研究，参与组织多项知识产权领域的国际合作研究项目，主持和参与多项知识产权法与科技创新政策领域的课题研究。
