We are pleased to invite you the first Construction Working Group meeting of the new year. Our aim will be to update each other on the latest regulations with a view toward identifying what priorities we are to emphasize in 2005 on behalf of the Group. Discussion will cover the following: State-of-play regarding recent regulations affecting foreign constractors Issues related to market access for foreign contractors What main concerns the WG would like to address in the next Position Paper 2005 Practical ways to engage the Ministry of Construction (MOC)
