Insurance Working Group MeetingElectionsFriday March 27th: 14h30 – 16h00European Delegation North Wing >> Marco Polo Meeting Room >> 2nd FloorSee map attached.  Dear Members, We are delighted to invite you to attend our next and important working group meeting to be held this Friday March 27th from 14h30 to 16h00 at the European Delegation North Wing, Marco Polo room.During this meeting, the elections for Chair and Vice Chairs will take place. Each candidate will be allocated 5 minutes for presenting themselves and their views on the activities of the Insurance Working Group.
Kindly note that each member company – that has paid up its membership fee for 2009 - is entitled to one vote. In the appendix you will find the job description for the Chair and Vice Chair persons. The Biographies of each candidate will be send in a second email. The candidates for the position of Chairperson are: ·         Mr. Javier Warletta, Current Chair of the insurance working group. Chief Representative Mapfre.·         Mrs. Xiaobing Wang, Deputy CEO Sun Alliance Insurance (China) Limited.  The candidates for the two positions of Vice-Chairpersons are: ·         Mrs. Elaine Yang, Current Vice Chair of the Insurance Working Group. Chief Representative AXA.·         Mr. Hans-Jorg Probst, Previous Chairman of the Insurance Working Group in Shanghai.
