Along with the implementation of the Cosmetics Supervision and Administration Regulation (CSAR), supplementary laws and policies gradually came into effect as detailed guidance for the cosmetics industry to be compliant. Facing many new requirements listed in the regulations, cosmetics product and raw material companies have numerous questions and eager to understand how to meet such requirements to foster the development of the industry in Chinese market. 

We are delighted to have Nancy li, Senior Manager of Intertek's Health and Beauty Products Division, give a lecture on supplementary regulations, focusing on efficacy claims, safety assessment and labelling management.

Followed with that, we are honoured to invite Ms Zhao Yanjun, Deputy Director General from Shanghai Medical Product Administration to attend our internal discussion to have a face to face communication with member companies to better understand industry's feedback.

Nancy Li is Senior Manager of Intertek group health and beauty products division. She's very familiar with the cosmetic regulatory requirements of EU, US, Canada, Australia, ASEAN and other countries or regions. She has extensive experience in domestic and international cosmetics, daily cosmetics, disinfectants and other products and raw materials, labeling and regulatory requirements.
Continuously she published articles on cosmetic regulatory requirements or dynamic reviews in core journals such as “U.S. Cosmetic Claims Requirements” and “Current Status of Domestic and Foreign Regulation of Sunscreens in Cosmetics”. Among them, the total number of readers of “The Current Status of Domestic and Foreign Regulation of Sunscreens in Cosmetics” has exceeded 500,000.
