On November 17th, 2023, Mr. Erich Kaiserseder, Chair of European Chamber Shenyang Chapter, attended the "World Ice Snow Economy of Cold Regions Conference and the World Cold Region Ice and Snow Economy International Cooperation and Development High-Level Forum" at the invitation of the Jilin Provincial People's Government and the Jilin Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade. He delivered an opening remark at the “Agricultural Cooperation and Development Forum of Cold Region”.
