Concluding Seminar of the “Advance EU Access to Financial Incentives for Innovation in China”

Representatives of the European Chamber's R&D and ICT Working Groups participated in the concluding seminar of the EU funded project “Advance EU Access to Financial Incentives for Innovation in China”, in which the European Chamber has been involved as a supporting organization. The 18 months long study was a key action initiated by the EU as part of a monitoring of the effective implementation of the EU-China Joint Roadmap on Reciprocal Access to Research and Innovation Funding Programmes. The main findings of the study as well as a guide for EU stakeholders were presented, which show that international participation at Chinese funded research projects remains very low but that the environment is improving overall.
