Kinyu is looking for a financial administrator to join its growing team. This position is an exciting role within the growth plan for Kinyu SCM. Key Responsibilities:主要职责:
Internal Finance and Bookkeeping Support 内部财务与簿记支持
- Responsible for collection all relevant bills and invoices incurred across our entities in Hong Kong, Guangzhou and 5 branch companies in Mainland China.负责收集我们在香港、广州以及中国大陆5家分公司所有实体发生的相关账单和发票。
- Working with China Accountant to ensure compliance across all entities and managing cashflow forecasts.与国内会计师合作,确保所有实体的合规性,并管理现金流预测。
- Working with Hong Kong accountant on invoice clients the correct amount and on time, act as financial liaison with clients for late payments and billing queries.与香港会计师合作,确保向客户开具正确金额的发票并及时寄出,作为财务联络人与客户处理逾期付款和账单查询事宜。
- Basic Bookkeeping for branch companies, Delivering Monthly Management Accounts.负责分公司的基本簿记工作,编制月度管理报表。Work with HK Accountant on Monthly Management Accounts and share to the team.与香港会计师合作处理月度管理报表,并与团队分享。Research Tax policies with China Accountant and share with the team.与中国会计师一起研究税收政策,并与团队分享。
China Desk Financial Operation 中国业务部财务运营
- Handle employee expense claims, tax and financial tickets, liaise with accountant for solutions.处理员工费用报销、税务和财务票据事宜,与会计师联络寻求解决方案。汇总客户月度报告的所有数据,并使用相关软件制作报告。
- Collate all data for Client monthly reports and work with relevant software for creating report.汇总客户月度报告的所有数据,并使用相关软件制作报告。
Administrative Support 行政支持
- Manage Kinyu Office rental contracts, new office opening and administration.管理金昱在国内各地办公室租赁合同、新办公室开设及相关行政事务。
- Assist with Generic signature workflows. NDAs/Contracts.协助处理通用签字流程、 保密协议/合同。
- Support supplier/equipment payment program.协助供应商及设备等的付款计划。
- Including Logistics account coordination.为物流账户提供协调和支持。
- Assist CEO with preparing NDAs and commercial structures to cooperate with clients and partners.协助首席执行官准备保密协议和商业结构计划,以便与客户和商业伙伴合作。
- Assist QC booking/connecting China Desk employees with Kinyu Resource Partners.协助安排质检预订,安排金昱的资源合作伙伴与中国业务部员工对接。
- Collect and compare quotations for suppliers and vendors (accountants, EOR partners, logistics providers, etc.).收集并比较供应商和各类服务商(如会计师、名义雇主合作伙伴、物流提供商等)的报价。
Skills & experience
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or finance.商业管理或金融学学士学位。
- 2-3 years working in finance/operational departments of company operating cross border services/trading.2-3年在从事跨境服务/贸易的公司财务/运营部门工作的经验。
- A familiarity with Xero and Chinese accounting software, or willingness to learn.熟悉 Xero 和中国会计软件,或愿意学习。
- Native Mandarin, Strong written and verbal English.母语为普通话,具备优秀的英语书面和口头表达能力。
- A familiarity or understanding of HR and or China Sourcing.熟悉或了解人力资源和/或中国采购。
- Professional skills in Excel and familiarity with suite of Microsoft products.具备专业的 Excel 技能,熟悉微软系列办公软件。
