Job description
Ⅰ. Job Overview
As a management role in ISLC's BD/sales team, you will lead the formulation and implementation of BD/sales strategies for high-end programs (i.e., leadership programs, corporate coaching programs, UCC DBA program, etc.), oversee the team in completing BD/sales consulting, in-depth customer relationship maintenance, data-driven sales strategy optimization, and sales team management, so as to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Meanwhile, you will serve as a core representative of ISLC in the BD/sales field, conveying ISLC's educational philosophy and program value, and promoting the enhancement of the brand's influence in the high-end education sector.
Ⅱ. Key Responsibilities
BD Strategy& Management
- Based on market trends and the institution's development goals, formulate annual BD/sales strategies, target breakdown plans, and implementation schemes for all ISLC programs to ensure the achievement of BD/sales indicators;
- Establish team workflow and collaboration mechanisms, coordinate cross-departmental resources (such as marketing and teaching), solve key problems in the BD/sales process, and ensure the efficient progress of BD/sales work.
High-End Customer Development & Relationship Maintenance
- Focus on high-end customer groups such as corporate executives and industry elites, take the lead in developing BD/sales resources such as corporate cooperation and channel cooperation, and establish a high-quality customer resource pool;
- Lead the full-lifecycle management of key customers, from demand exploration and program customization to follow-up service support, so as to improve customer loyalty and referral rate.
Data Management & Analysis
- Establish a sound BD/sales data monitoring system, track core data such as application trends, customer conversion, and team performance, and regularly issue in-depth analysis reports;
- Optimize BD/sales strategies, channel selection, and consulting scripts based on data insights to improve overall BD/sales efficiency and quality;
- Maintain the data quality of the CRM system and promote the effective application of data in customer management and team assessment.
Sales Administration & Compliance Management
- Formulate standardized processes for BD/sales-related documents (such as quotation sheets and agreement templates), review key documents, and ensure business compliance;
- Oversee the planning, production, and update of BD/sales materials and sales collaterals to ensure that the materials are consistent with the institution's brand positioning and program value;
- Supervise sales administrative processes such as fee verification and invoice issuance to ensure financial compliance.
Skills & experience
Ⅲ. Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related fields; Master's degree or those with study or work experience in renowned international business schools or training companies are preferred.
Work Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in high-end programs (e.g., MBA, EMBA, executive training programs), with team management experience required;
- Candidates with BD/sales work experience in top business schools such as top tier University or business schools , or well-known high-end education institutions are preferred;
- Having practical experience in successfully building a BD/sales team and achieving high BD/sales targets, and being familiar with high-end education market trends and customer needs.
Core Competencies:
- Language: Fluent in English (CET-6 550+ or equivalent), capable of independently conducting English business negotiations, document writing, and communicating with international customers;
- Software Skills: Proficient in Office software and CRM systems; basic graphic design skills are a plus;
- Professional Skills: Possessing keen market insight, strategic planning capabilities, and business negotiation skills, and able to accurately grasp the needs of high-end customers;
- Soft Skills: Excellent team leadership, cross-departmental collaboration capabilities, and pressure resistance; attention to details, and a strong goal-oriented and result-driven mindset.

- Salary: Negotiable based on experience and ability plus a performance bonus;
