About the internship:
The GIZ China is looking for a long-term intern to support the daily work of the HR team.
Job description
The Tasks:
• Assist in contract management for national staff, e.g., preparation of personnel documents related to onboarding, contract extension, contract termination, etc.
• Support in archiving personnel documents and managing personnel files of national staff
• Assist in drafting and translating personnel documents for national staff, e.g., working certificate
• Support in maintaining personnel data in the SAP system
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, and agreement management of local interns
• Support in policy research as well as data compilation and analysis
• Assist in arranging and reviewing payroll and payment documents
• Support in organizing events as needed
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Skills & experience
Qualification requirements:
- Chinese native speaker with good knowledge of German and English language
- Solid knowledge of Office Software (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.)
- Ability to work positively as part of the team and assist with various of tasks as required
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility in handling all tasks
- A mandatory internship duration for at least 7-8 months to ensure comprehensive adaptation to the work and long-term engagement
