Job description
- Operational sourcing of potential producers regarding the requests of stakeholders according to the development strategy of the company.
- Preparation and evaluation of tenders and contracts as well as placing of purchase orders in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and execute of negotiation strategies that minimize potential losses and benefit the organization’s financial performance.
- Develop, conduct, and contribute cross functional assessment of a supplier's selection, qualification, audits, relationship management, and further improvements in close coordination with relevant parties.
- Price negotiation, purchasing agreements, terms, and conditions with a clear understanding of their business impact.
- Close collaboration with the key stakeholders to ensure proper execution of strategic company’s goals.
- Source solutions that support our global customer base to provide the best overall solution and be the supporter and contributor of the supply chain strategy.
- Providing and organizing all the transportation and administrative issues.
- Organize and lead quarterly inter-departmental business reviews.
- Ensuring of the necessary measures in term of quality issues and processes as well as elimination of possible quality interruptions and compliance with the laws and standards of all products with the further improvement inspection rules and requirements
- Creating / developing / reviewing of the process descriptions to improve the internal and external communication exchange as well as further improvement of processes and guidelines in the departments.
Skills & experience
- Minimum 5 years’ work experiences dealing with contract management, procurement role, leadership delivering effective sourcing strategies, policies, processes, and systems or similar.
- Strategic and tactical leadership with a track record of customer focused delivery. The applicant should be a change agent in terms of shifting just delivery culture toward integrated sourcing process.
- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders and suppliers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.
- Able to work under pressure with tight timelines.
- Familiar with statistic, analyzation, and reporting tools.
- Fluent English and Mandarin is a must (read, write, listing and talking).
- Strong leadership skills and competence to motivate people in different ways.
