Job description
1. Assist in the collection and analysis of industrial policies, macro policy review, and drafting of related reports.
2. Support in coordinating exhibition and conference participation, organizing government visits, and preparing for government-corporate activities.
3. Assist in preparing documents, letters, and maintaining external communication materials.
4. Attend relevant meetings to complete minutes and perform English-Chinese written translation tasks.
5. Coordinate internal company processes and administrative tasks.
Skills & experience
1. Undergraduate/ Master's student (or admitted to an overseas institution).
2. Strong sense of responsibility, results-oriented, detail-oriented, with excellent ability to learn quickly, communicate, and coordinate effectively.
3. Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
4. Excellent English reading and writing skills and strong information retrieval and integration abilities; proficiency in using AI tools to support office tasks.
5. Proficient in using Outlook/Excel/PPT and experience with transcription & PS software is a plus.
6. Available to work at least 4 days per week for a duration of 6 months. Immediate availability is preferred.
