Position description
The Client Relations Manager’s primary role is to identify and constantly develop new leads to achieve monthly sales targets as part of an annual sales plan under the direction of our local Head of Sales in Shanghai.
The successful candidate must be motivated and independent, and will hold responsibility for the generation of new leads, relationship development, and the defining, negotiation and closing of deals.
Responsibilities
· Pursue a personal sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
· Identify and develop leads and prospects.
· Set up meetings and engage prospects to pitch IMA Asia services
· Successfully following through with closing activities
Skills & experience
· Experience and track record as a corporate sales professional or in the service industry
· Strong written and spoken (English) communication skills.
· Confident and personable with a natural ability to develop good rapport with corporate executives
· Good team player who can communicate openly and coordinate well internally across multiple offices
· Strong affinity for global economic, political and management issues
· Bachelors or Masters Degree required
