Job description
We seek an early career associate to assist with events and membership management, joining our small, busy team based in downtown Shanghai. The Forum Engagement Manager will be responsible for servicing senior executives from Fortune 500 firms- in close collaboration with our Asia Pacific admin team.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard and engage primary & executive supporting members throughout the annual membership cycle
- Answer event registration & customer service inquiries, serving as the team’s Forum Subject Matter Expert
- Manage internal event management system data and CRM data integrity
- Ensure Forum related event lifecycles meet pre-established timelines and quality
- Create, schedule and send mass mail notifications to the membership for Forum events
- Collaborate with Forum Director and General Manager on event coordination and content
- Manage event and engagement dashboard
- Manage event cost outlay, including venue and other supplier contracts
- Assist team with identifying membership engagement trends through regular reporting
- Assist Client Service team with client service modification, accounts receivable, contract management and after sales documentation support and other adhoc service requests
Skills & experience
You will be confident in communicating with C-level executives and their senior teams.
Native Mandarin and strong English skills are mandatory as are MS Word and Excel skills.
CRM and event management system experience is advantageous.
