Job description
As a key member of HR team, this person will assist the HR Director in expanding recruitment services to the business activities of Safran in China, and ensuring deliverables for assigned vacancy fulfilment and recruitment related projects within agreed metrics.
1. Recruitment/Talent Acquisition:
l Take full responsibility for the recruitment of assigned vacancies, strive for shortened lead time, improved job-person match and reduced recruitment cost per hire
l Build effective relationship with line managers by proactive communication and strong customer service
l Understand the impact of business strategy on recruitment plan, and get involved in BU/Function’s headcount planning as early as possible
l Record recruitment data, conduct data analysis and provide reports to stakeholders as required
2. Project Management & Execution
This person will be assigned to some of the below recruitment related projects:
l Enhance the internal mobility within the Group
l Organize the yearly campus recruitment campaign
l Organize the internship program to build pipeline for manufacturing sites
l Explore effective social media recruitment channels
l Conduct annual search firm review and select master vendors for the next year
l Job portal management, such as 51job, LinkedIn, Liepin and some professional recruitment websites
l Other projects in response to business needs
3 Talent Management
· Maintain and improve the effectiveness of the TWIST
· Organize the people review campaign with managers of SHE and Safran China
· Prepare the succession plan with managers of the departments
· Prepare the Talent Reviews of the APAC zone
· Boost the internal mobility
· Ensure the chart of mobility and gender and diversity equality within the Group
4 Budget and Recruitment Data Management
l Provide strong support in budgeting and forecasting cycle
l Monitor monthly Turnover rate of all the legal entities in China
l Manage on the KPI report and PowerBI of recruitment function
5 Continuous Improvement
l Optimize recruitment process and standardize recruitment tools, align with BHR/RHR and drive for changes across business activities
l Proactively communicate with line managers to understand business’ ever-changing needs, benchmark industry’s best practices, identify areas for improvement, propose solutions and align within HR
l Always discuss the job responsibilities and candidate requirements with the Line manager for each vacancy, and deliver the key messages to search firms (if applicable) effective

Skills & experience
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Major in HR, Psychology, Business Administration is preferred, but not a must
3. Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources and with concentration in recruitment for at least 3 years
4. Both in-house HR (with a focus on recruitment) experience and search firm/RPO on-site experience
5. Solid project management experience, not as a member, but as the project owner/manager
6. Proven ability to take job brief, screen resumes, conduct competency-based interview, provide value-added advice about candidate selection and future management/development to line managers
7. Project design, management and implementation skills
8. Language skill: fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both spoken and in writing; French is a plus
9. Computer skill: a good user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
10. Sensitive with numbers, able to find out reasons and propose solutions based on data analysis
11. Strategic enough to see the big picture, yet operational enough to tolerate hands-on and repetitive work
12. Customer service mindset. Always ask “what is best for the business?”
13. Multi-tasking skill, can define and balance strategic priorities against immediate operational challenges
14. Able to think out of box; challenge the status quo and act for change
15. Transversal coordination; able to influence business, and other functions’ colleagues, driving but not pushing
16. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken
17. Proactive, self motivated, autonomous attitude
