Job description
The TM IHS is in charge of all technical aspects regarding the IHS Business within NEC
The objective of this position is to enable fast and profitable growth of the IHS business through maintaining the company’s competitive edge in the market place by.

- Continuously improving the company’s capabilities and competencies (including its partners) for selling, installing and servicing the IHS
不断提高公司销售、安装和维修红外线辐射供暖系统的能力和业务水平(包括合作伙伴)
- Continuously improving the overall technological solution in terms of performance and cost
不断改进在性能和成本方面的整体技术解决方案
- Continuously improving standards and processes related to IHS
-持续改进红外线辐射供暖系统相关标准和流程
- Continuously and proactively communicating with customers, employees and the supplier in Germany
与德国客户、员工及供应商进行持续、积极有效的沟通
- Ensure the system itself and the installation always follows the government regulations and restrictions (safety, emissions, …)

- Localization of parts of the system
系统零部件国产化
As a precondition the TM IHS must make himself/herself familiar with all technical details from the design/selection, implementation/installation, commissioning and service to become a true technical expert for IHS.

1. General Requirements

Ø Educational Background HVAC or Environmental Industry
有暖通空调行业,环境行业的从业(或教育)背景
Ø PC skills Microsoft Office and AUTOCADD
熟练掌握Office软件及AUTOCAD软件
Ø Good communication in Chinese and English (oral and written), German language would be a plus

2.1 Technical Aspects
技术方面
Ø Design all new projects for sales department
为销售部设计所有新项目
Ø Support Sales during technical clarification with customers
支持销售在与客户进行技术确认时
Ø Maintain up to date product and sales documentation
维护最新的产品和销售文档
Ø Solve technical issues in co-operation with project management, service and the supplier
与项目管理、服务和供应商合作解决技术问题
Ø Deepen and perfecting the software integration into the SCADA Solution together with the software engineer
与软件工程师一起深化和完善软件并集成到SCADA解决方案中
Ø Maintain close communication with the Suppliers’ organization in Germany

Ø Attend trainings of the Supplier

2.2 Improve Competencies and Capabilities of the Organization

Ø Regularly train sales, project implementation and service team

Ø Design and maintain a knowledge database of IHS, the market and government regulations

Ø Supervise and check the quality of project installation, implement improvements including process improvements

Ø Prepare Acceptance criteria for system (including criteria about building insulation)

2.3 Local Sourcing

Manage all technical aspects of the local sourcing in particular installation material.
The product quality, function and the price/performance ratio shall be continuously improved.

Ø Keep himself always up to date about the market situation including but not limited to competition, general trends, regulations (including firefighting regulations), subsidies, competing technologies

According to the performance shown in the TM IHS position and along the company business development the applicant has the opportunity to become the Business Manager for the entire Infrared Heating Business. He shall also take P&L and organizational development responsibility by forming his own team in line with the business growth and company objectives.
