Summary
The Sr. HR Generalist directs and coordinates the human resource activities such as policies and practices, employment, compensation, benefits. Facilitates communication to improve human relations and work performance within organization.
Job Description
- Manages the interpretation, preparation and application of established corporate policies and reports necessary to carry out functions of the department.
- Directs and maintains various activities designed to achieve and maintain a high level of employee morale.
- Administers and/or implements and communicates current C&B programs, policies and procedures.
- Establishes and coordinates the organization of the company Safety Committee compliance regulations.
- Plans and coordinates new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
- Conducts exit interviews.
- Maintains records of hired employee’s characteristics for governmental reporting purposes.
- Provide primary support for employee information system database development and usage.
- Provide timely, accurate information about benefits to all employees.
- Provide complete benefit information to all new employees.
- Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
- Align and drive key HR/management process that supports the execution of critical priorities within the organizations supported, such as performance management, compensation management and talent management; Support, coach and develop line managers in the delivery of HR policies and processes.
- Provide daily HR support based on each department’s needs.
- Suggest and follow up the training plan for each department.
- Support each department on Employee Retention by implementing various actions.
- Support each department head to define all job responsibilities and update all positions’ JD.
- Implement & follow up HR processes/programs within the responsible area.
- Clarify department’s needs on HR management, provide value- adding HR services and improve internal customer satisfaction.
- Initiate & lead activates increasing satisfaction, motivation, engagement and retention in defined area; develop and implement effective retention plan to keep the key talent including effective talent review process.
- ER Case and HR Compliance Management: handle ER case such as disciplinary issue and ensure local legal requirements are met.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, English, Psychology or related field preferred.
- Minimum five years Human Resources experience.
- Experience with office computer software and electronic data maintenance.
