MAJOR FUNCTION: The role of Senior Account Assistant is designed to execute the project tasks to support individual project team leaders. The Senior Account Assistant will actively contribute to the customer services, relationship maintenance, and increased responsibility in project coordination, e.g. coordination and handling of member communications, and independent coordination of support projects.

Specific Duties:
o Has responsibility in basic project coordination, e.g. coordination and handling of member communications, and independent coordination of support projects
o Resolves project problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
o Answers incoming phone call inquiries and serves as the first customer contacting point, and assists and supports individual project team leaders
o Coordinates with different vendors on the support of projects
o Provides the feedback during internal account meeting, attends the regular calls with customers and drafts the summary
o Supports the team in preparation and onsite meeting conferences, including venue liaison, quote negotiation, meeting registration and general meeting support
o Manages online content, and providing maintenance to websites
o Updates and manages customer database records
o Other work related to projects

Skills & experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

o University Graduate and at least 3+ year’s assistant experience in a similar capacity
o Strong communication skills, and good written and oral proficiency in both Chinese and English
o Excellent Computer Skills, in particular Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word
o Works accurately and pays attention to detail
o Well organized, good at multi-tasking and setting priorities
o High energy, self-motivated, versatile, self-directed, and close attention to detail and service quality
o Flexible attitude and stress-resistance, and a positive team player in a challenging and changing environment
o Actively shares knowledge with team members, and proactively provides assistance and support to others
