Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for the business development within the Manufacturing & Engineering specialization
Working together with Consultant to deliver the recruitment execution
Minor Responsibilities:
- Carries out proactive business activities with regard to active clients and new companies;
- Establishes significant and long-lasting relationships with all the main stakeholders of each target company;
- Manages the acquisition and maintenance of the assigned clients, developing complex business relationships;
- Presents the commercial offer structured with the typical characteristics of the S&S sector (e.g. exclusivity assignments and 3 tranches payment);
- Prepares the business reports currently in use, with particular attention to the company’s software tools (GiRM).

· Using a consultancy approach, manages the active clients, ensuring commercial development and penetration in order to reach revenue and profit margin objectives;
- Maintains a positive relationship with the assigned clients, in order to develop the search & selection business and to detect any additional needs to be reported to other companies in the Group;

Main related activities
- Focuses his/her activities on the specialization’s core profiles;
- In charge of receiving orders and producing job descriptions;
- Evaluates and selects recruitment channels;
- Gathers and screens CVs with the aim of limiting the number of necessary interviews and focusing on the quality of the profiles received;
- Carries out in-depth interviews and assesses candidates;
- Presents the short list to the client;
- Collects references (both commercial and selection value);
- Prepares the selected candidates for interviews with the client;
- Manages and organises the selection process at the client premises;
- Provides feedback to candidates and clients;
- “Pushes” select profiles to potentially interested clients;
- Disseminates the most requested profiles each week and contacts interested clients;
- Carries out reporting and archiving activities;
- Adds information to the RPM database;
- Maintains virtuous contact with clients during the integration phase of the selected candidate and periodically, in subsequent phases:
- Generates invoices and transmits them to the client;
- Periodically monitors credit and issues payment reminders.
Skills & experience
Education: University degree or equivalent
At least 1 year work experience in the search & selection business; knowledge of the specialization, preferable within the manufacturing and engineering.
Language: Native speaker of one of the following languages: German / English / Chinese
