为贯彻《中华人民共和国环境保护法》和《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》，防治机动车污染物排放对环境的污染，完善国家环保标准体系，我部决定对国家环保标准《重型车用汽油发动机与汽车排气污染物排放限值及测量方法（中国III、IV阶段）》（GB 14762-2008）进行补充完善，制定了《重型车用汽油发动机与汽车第四阶段排放标准车载诊断系统和耐久性技术要求》，并予发布。

一、4月汽车产销量同比分别下降1.85％和0.25％
据中国汽车工业协会统计，4月全国汽车产销分别为153.53万辆和155.20万辆，环比分别下降15.98%和15.12%；同比产销分别下降1.85%和0.25%。
