IPR SME Help Desk (IPR HD) and the European Chamber paid a visit to Shanghai Service Centre for Intellectual Property Protection on 19th March. It was to introduce the new IPR HD project and explorer opportunities of cooperation. Both sides reached general agreement on cooperation possibilities including information exchanges, joint training and workshops, roundtable and open forum.
