PwC Global Operations Advisor Talks about Supply Chain Management in the Face of China’s ‘New Normal’ at European Chamber

On 16th May, the Logistics Working Group invited Mr. Joseph Roussel, the Global Operations Advisor of PwC to speak on “Supply Chain Management in the Face of China’s ‘New Normal’” at European Chamber Beijing Office. A group of operations management experts joined the session. In his presentation, Mr. Roussel pointed out that globally leading companies are reimagining operations, aligning more effectively with business strategy and working across functional lines to build experiences for their customers. “Despite economic slowdown,” said Roussel, “China’s New Normal phase presents an opportunity for Chinese operation leaders to focus on a few differentiating capabilities which can transform their business without letting day-to-day performance slip and help the company to stay resilient in the face of significant change.”
